SHIPPING INFORMATION

What to Expect
Currently we utilize UPS’ weekday shipping and ship orders for delivery on or before Friday. All orders placed after 8:00am ET on Wednesdays will be shipped the following week. If you would like to request a specific delivery time and date, please email sales@mywhimsicle.com) - we will do our best!

Dry Ice Safety
In order to ensure that the pops arrive cold and safe, we pack them in thick-walled foam coolers with a good amount of dry ice and paper stuffing, and in that environment the pops must arrive at destination within two days of packing. This is a large part of why we ship on the early-week schedule that we do.

Pops will arrive (without signature) at the address provided. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. As soon as reasonably possible they should be taken inside and the dry ice (if any remains) should be removed with a towel or tongs. Never touch dry ice with bare skin or hold for long with only a thin barrier.


Recommended Consumption 
We recommend moving the pops to a freezer where they can re-acclimate to a good eating temperature. Most often the pops are too cold for consumption upon delivery because of prolonged contact with the dry ice which is -109F. Best eating temperature for pops is around -5F. Alternatively if you are prepping for a party or gathering on the same day the pops arrive, simply remove the dry ice from the cooler a couple of hours before service time.

Clothing Orders 
Clothing orders require a working time of 7 - 10 days before they are shipped. Please allow this work time before you reach out to us about any shipping concerns. If you would like to request a specific delivery time and date, please email sales@mywhimsicle.com - we will do our best!
